Content Removal Policy

1. Introduction
Rightnow is a social network for discovering events and connecting with friends, operated by Scalar Technologies s.r.o. ("Scalar", "Rightnow", "we", "our", or "us"). This Content Removal Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Rightnow Terms of Service, and uses the defined terms set out there, including the "Service".
Rightnow automatically collects and displays event information from publicly available sources.
We are committed to responding to legitimate reports regarding inaccurate information, copyright concerns, ownership disputes, privacy concerns, misleading content, unsafe content, and other issues affecting information displayed through the Service.
This Content Removal Policy explains how such reports may be submitted and how they are handled.
2. Reporting Event Issues
Users may report events directly through the Rightnow application.
Reports may be submitted by registered users and guest users.
Current reporting categories include:
- Invalid time or date
- Wrong location
- Incorrect description
- Event cancelled or does not exist
- Invalid source
- Copyright or ownership concerns
- Inappropriate or misleading image
- Scam or unsafe content
Reports submitted through the application are reviewed by Rightnow and may result in:
- correction,
- update,
- reduced visibility,
- source exclusion,
- temporary removal,
- permanent removal.
3. Copyright and Ownership Complaints
If you believe that content displayed through Rightnow infringes copyright, ownership rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights, please contact:

- event reference identifier,
- description of the affected content,
- explanation of the claimed rights,
- evidence supporting the claim,
- contact information,
- a statement that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Rightnow may temporarily remove, hide, modify, replace, or permanently remove affected content while a complaint is being reviewed.
Rightnow intends to act in good faith and will generally remove or restrict such content where a legitimate rights concern exists.
Submitting knowingly false or misleading complaints may result in requests being rejected.
4. Privacy Complaints
If content displayed through the Service contains personal information, unauthorized photographs, sensitive information, or other material that may infringe privacy rights, please contact:

Rightnow may remove or restrict access to affected content while an investigation is conducted.
5. Organizer Requests
Event organizers, venues, rights holders, and authorized representatives may request corrections, updates, or removal of event content.

Rightnow generally seeks to honor reasonable organizer requests but reserves the right to independently evaluate all requests and determine the appropriate response.
6. Review Process
When a report or complaint is received, Rightnow may:
- review the reported content,
- compare available sources,
- request additional information,
- temporarily restrict visibility,
- modify content,
- update content,
- remove content,
- exclude sources from future automated collection.
Where repeated issues are identified, Rightnow may exclude a source from future automated collection and event generation.
Rightnow is not obligated to take any particular action in response to a report.
7. Emergency Removal
Rightnow may immediately remove, restrict, hide, modify, or disable access to content where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations,
- protect users,
- address safety concerns,
- address security concerns,
- prevent abuse,
- prevent fraud,
- mitigate potential harm.
Such actions may occur without prior notice.
8. Automated Content Collection
Rightnow uses automated systems and artificial intelligence technologies to collect, process, rank, summarize, and display event information obtained from publicly available internet sources.
Because event information is collected automatically, inaccuracies, outdated information, incorrect categorization, duplicate events, incorrect images, and other errors may occasionally occur.
Users and organizers are encouraged to report such issues through the available reporting mechanisms.
9. No Obligation to Publish or Retain Content
Rightnow reserves the right to:
- publish content,
- modify content,
- remove content,
- restrict content,
- reorder content,
- deprioritize content,
- discontinue content,
at its sole discretion.
Nothing in this Policy creates an obligation for Rightnow to publish, retain, restore, or continue displaying any particular event, image, source, organizer, or content item.
